Your posts for the week, ready before Monday
Every week, the autopilot prepares your posts, written, illustrated and placed on your time slots, based on your strategy and your industry's news. All you have to do is answer.
How it works
- 1
You set the rules
Channels, posts per week, time slots and writing style: once and for all.
- 2
It prepares the week
At the time of its weekly run, it picks the topics, writes, illustrates and places each post on a time slot.
- 3
You decide
Yes, yes on another date, no with a reason, or another proposal: one click per post.
- 4
It publishes
Approved posts go out on time, on your connected networks.
You have the final say
Each proposal comes with a preview of the post in its network, its pillar, its goal and its angle. You answer in one click, and your refusals help it aim better.
- "Yes", "Yes, on another date", "No" or "Another proposal"
- A reason for every refusal: off-topic, tone, visual, already covered or bad timing
- An angle declined three times in a row is set aside for four weeks
- "Edit" to rework the text before approving
Tacit approval, only if you want it
On the channels you choose, a proposal left unanswered is scheduled at its deadline. You save time without losing control: a single "No" stops it.
- Can be turned on channel by channel, in the autopilot settings
- The deadline shown on every card
- Until the deadline, everything can still be edited or declined
Nothing slips through
The Home screen shows what's waiting for a decision, and Julie, MyDataNest's assistant, warns you before a post goes out by tacit approval.
- "The autopilot has prepared 4 proposals to review", right on the Home screen
- A reminder from Julie before a tacit approval deadline
- Proposals also shown as watermarks in your calendar
Your pace, channel by channel
Choose the networks the autopilot works on, the number of posts per week, whether it adds a visual and whether tacit approval applies.
- A pace of its own for each channel
- A visual added when the network requires it, or when you want one
- Pause it at any time with a single switch
Your time slots, your style
The autopilot writes in the writing style of your choice and places your posts on the days and times you set, in your brand's time zone.
- Posting days and times, backup slots included
- The brand's writing style, with its guidelines
- The day and time of the weekly run
