Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "CGV") govern the contractual relationship between:

Article 1 - Object

The purpose of these CGV is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the online sale of digital training (hereinafter the "Training"). The Training consists of a set of educational contents (videos, texts, PDF) accessible online via a learning platform (Systeme.io).

Article 2 - Acceptance of T&C

Any order of the Training implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Client of these CGV. The Client declares to have read them before validating their order. The T&Cs prevail over any other document or special condition not expressly accepted by the Seller.

Article 3 - Description of Training

The Training is a 100% online training aiming to provide the Client with the knowledge and strategies to use artificial intelligence in their online business. Access to the Training is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Article 4 - Order

The ordering process is carried out online: 1. The Client reviews details. 2. The Client fills in the order form. 3. The Client chooses a payment method. 4. The Client accepts the CGV. The order is final after payment confirmation.

Article 5 - Price

Prices of the Training are indicated on the sales page in Euros (€) including tax. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Stripe) or Paypal. Credit card payments are secure.

Article 7 - Access and Delivery

The Training is delivered as access to an online platform. Access to the Training is generally immediate after confirmation of payment.

Article 8 - Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information when ordering and to actively cooperate with the Seller for the proper execution of the Services.
